Easter Redux

What a wonderful weekend with family and friends! Easter is such a beautiful time around my church, both for the senses and the spirit. When it comes to matters of faith I’ve never been one to actively evangelize or proselytize. Instead I’ve tried to live my life with as much honest faith as I can muster. Some days are better than others. But anyone can ask me about being an Orthodox Christian and I’ll gladly answer and offer my story about what my faith means to me.

Besides this weekend’s festivities, also enjoyed playing around with this funky little iPhone photo app I had heard about: Hipstamatic. Cheesy, perhaps. But it was a lot of fun to mix and match the various lens, film and flash settings and gain some fun results. I can totally hear the collective groans of all my friends that are skilled photographers, but this rank and file amateur dug the pics. Maybe you will too.
